OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU:
Once you have made your order, we will send an email to you accepting your order. Once you are in receipt of the email from Zaror Sports Limited, only then will the contract between us be formed.
With our bespoke teamwear orders, an order is considered as definite once the order and designs have been approved in writing this could be via letter, fax, email by you. Once the order is completely confirmed, you will be sent an invoice regarding payment. We will require 50% payment once we have issued you with our invoice, on receipt of your payment work will then begin on your order; the customer is obliged to pay the remainder of the agreed price prior to accepting delivery.
AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY:
We will aim to deliver all bespoke teamwear orders within 4/6 weeks of order confirmation and payment.
Our bespoke teamwear orders must consist of a minimum order of 12 garments per product. This must include a minimum order of 3 garments per fit or length.
Once the order has been communicated and accepted by our manufacturing department, only then will we provide you with provided with a delivery date. We are determined to have your order made within the given time frame, however sometimes due to peak seasons or unforeseeable circumstances the delivery date may be extended after an order has been confirmed.
Zaror Sports reserves the right to split the supply of the ordered goods into more than one delivery.
Delivery costs for products will be confirmed during the order process.
PRICE & PAYMENTS:
The price of your order will be confirmed during the order process.
Payments for Zaror Sports are processed through cash, cheque or online transfer to our bank account.
The products will only be passed to you once full payment is received including delivery charges.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Details relating to the returns and refunds process will be included with your invoice. This does not affect your statutory rights in regards to faulty products.
Bespoke teamwear garments are made to order and are based on customer confirmation on all order details. Refunds or returns for bespoke teamwear orders will not be accepted.
If Zaror Sports fail to comply with the order confirmation or the product is faulty, we will happily exchange the product within a reasonable timescale.
Notification of an issue or fault with an order must be made to Zaror Sports within 48 hours of delivery. The goods must be retained in their original, unused condition and the cost of any loss or subsequent damage will be the responsibility of the customer.
We at Zaror Sports and our products are governed by English law. Any dispute concerning our terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
